These Terms of Use (“TOU”) govern access to and use of the DelivrEx Go application (hereinafter “the Application”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these TOU. If you do not accept these TOU, you must not use the Application.
Article 1 — Purpose and scope
1.1 These TOU describe the rights and obligations of users and DelivrEx Go regarding the use of the Application.
1.2 The Application connects users seeking services (“Users”) with independent delivery partners (“Couriers”). DelivrEx Go facilitates the connection and the transactions between Users and Couriers but is not a party to the contracts entered into between them.
Article 2 — Role of DelivrEx Go
2.1 DelivrEx Go provides a platform enabling the posting of requests, acceptance of requests, communication between parties, management of transactions, and completion of deliveries.
2.2 DelivrEx Go is neither the buyer nor the seller nor the courier of the ordered products. Responsibility for purchasing, transport, and delivery lies exclusively with the contracting parties (User and Courier).
2.3 DelivrEx Go does not act as an agent, representative, or intermediary of Users or Couriers and assumes no contractual responsibility regarding goods or services provided by users.
2.4 DelivrEx Go is not a financial institution or payment institution. Any amounts exchanged between User and Courier are exclusively owed between these parties, and DelivrEx Go acts solely as a technological intermediation platform.
Article 3 — Acceptance and access
3.1 Access to the Application requires creating a user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details (email address, password) and for any activity conducted through your account. You must immediately notify DelivrEx Go of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 You agree not to allow minors (under 18 years of age) to use your account; the Application is strictly restricted to adults.
3.4 Users must have a valid payment method registered in their own name when completing a transaction. DelivrEx Go may verify the validity of the payment method or request additional documentation at any time.
3.5 Acceptance of these TOU and the General Service Conditions (GSC) is mandatory:
– for the User, before validating and publishing a listing;
– for the Courier, before accepting a listing.
Any publication or acceptance of a listing constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the applicable TOU and GSC.
Article 4 — User obligations
4.1 You agree to use the Application in accordance with the law, these TOU, and standards of good conduct.
4.2 It is strictly prohibited to:
• publish or offer illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, or prohibited products or services;

• engage in spam, unsolicited commercial solicitations, or mass prospecting.
4.3 The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (product description, price, link, photo, delivery address, etc.). Any inaccurate information may result in removal of the listing or account termination.
Article 5 — Accounts and documentation
5.1 DelivrEx Go may, at any time and for security reasons, request proof of identity, proof of address, or any document necessary to verify a user’s identity or legitimacy.
5.2 Refusal to provide the requested documentation may result in account suspension or deletion.

7.3 DelivrEx Go reserves the right to delete any content that violates these TOU or applicable law.
Article 8 — Transactions and liability
8.1 The details of a transaction (products, location, date, courier commission, service fees) are defined by the listing and the exchange between User and Courier. Once a listing is accepted by a Courier, a binding transaction is formed between the two parties.
8.2 DelivrEx Go does not guarantee the conformity, quality, safety, or availability of products purchased by Couriers.
8.3 DelivrEx Go cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage, losses, or harm resulting from a transaction between User and Courier, except where required by mandatory law.

If inactivity persists after the notice period and no transactions are pending, the account may be permanently deleted.
The deletion of an inactive account does not entitle the user to reimbursement of any fees previously paid.

Article 10 — Modifications to the Application and TOU

11.2 To the extent permitted by law, DelivrEx Go is only liable for direct and proven damages caused by a malfunction of the Application.
In all cases, the maximum compensation DelivrEx Go may owe shall not exceed the total amount the user has paid to DelivrEx Go during the six (6) months preceding the incident.

Article 14 — Notifications and complaints
14.1 Users are invited to report any illegal, offensive, or defamatory content via the complaint form available in the Application. DelivrEx Go will perform the necessary checks and may suspend the author pending investigation.

🟦 GENERAL SERVICE CONDITIONS (GSC)
The General Service Conditions complement the TOU and govern the rules of operation for transactions between Users (“Requesters” or “Recipients”) and Couriers.
DEFINITIONS
For clarity, the following terms have the meaning described below:
- User / Requester / Recipient: person requesting the purchase and delivery of one or more products through the Application.
- Courier: person accepting to purchase the requested products and deliver them to the User.
- Listing: purchase and delivery request created by a User.
- Transaction: listing that has been accepted by a Courier. It constitutes the agreement between both parties.
- Courier’s Commission: amount the User agrees to pay the Courier upon delivery, as compensation for the service.
- Usage Fees: fees charged by the Application and banking fees related to the matchmaking process. These fees are paid at the time the listing is published and are non-refundable.
🟩 1. HOW TO ORDER (USERS)
1.1. Main menu
The User selects the “User” mode to create a purchase and delivery request.
1.2. Description of requested products
The User must provide the following for each product:
- name;
- photo;
- link allowing the product to be verified;
- price;
- quantity (max. 10 per product);
- location where the product can be found (optional);
- additional information (optional).
Each listing may contain up to 5 products.
1.3. Delivery details and fees
The User must then specify:
- Courier’s Commission (minimum: €1.00). This commission may, where applicable, include customs clearance fees related to the products, in accordance with the General Terms of Service;
- Total amount to be paid to the Courier upon delivery: sum of products + commission;
- Usage fees: automatically calculated, paid immediately, and non-refundable;
- Delivery address;
- Allowed Courier gender: Male / Female / Both;
- Acceptance deadline (max. 1 year);
- Delivery deadline (max. 1 year).
If no Courier accepts the listing before the acceptance deadline, the listing expires and is no longer visible.
1.4. Payment and publication of the listing
The User must:
- accept the TOU and GSC;
- pay the usage fees.
Once the payment is validated:
➡️ the listing is published and cannot be cancelled.
1.5. Modification proposal by a Courier
A Courier may propose a modification of any of the following elements:
- product photo;
- web link;
- price;
- quantity;
- Courier’s commission;
- delivery address.
During the modification process, the listing becomes invisible to other Couriers.
The Courier must also indicate:
- the planned delivery date and time, which must be between:
- the date of submission of the proposal, and
- no later than one year after the listing’s publication date.
Once the proposal is sent:
- If the User declines: the listing becomes visible again to other Couriers;
- If the User accepts:
- the User pays any difference if applicable;
- the validated proposal becomes a binding transaction, which starts immediately under the updated conditions.
This feature is available only when displayed in the Application. Until it appears in the interface, Couriers cannot propose modifications.
1.6. Direct acceptance by a Courier
The Courier may also accept the listing as published, without proposing any modification.
The Courier must then set:
- the delivery date and time,
- which must fall between:
- the listing acceptance date, and
- the User’s delivery deadline.
Once accepted:
- a transaction begins immediately between the User and the Courier;
1.7. Communication between User and Courier
An internal messaging system (Chat) allows both parties to exchange messages.
Messages exchanged via the internal chat have no contractual value and cannot modify the terms of the transaction. However, they may serve as supporting evidence in case of disputes, claims, or verifications conducted by DelivrEx Go.
1.8. Finalizing the transaction
The Courier has a unique 10-character code.
➡️ The Recipient must enter this code in the Application to finalize the transaction.
A stable Internet connection is required for proper validation.
1.9. Past deadlines
- a) Scheduled delivery date exceeded (but before the delivery deadline)
A questionnaire is sent to both parties.
If no reply → considered a breach of contract.
The transaction remains active and may still be finalized by entering the code.
- b) Delivery deadline exceeded
Once the delivery deadline is exceeded:
- the validation code can no longer be entered by the Recipient;
- the Recipient may file a complaint via the application;
- the Courier may also file a complaint.
The administrator examines the situation and may close the transaction only in the following cases:
- Both parties expressly confirm that the transaction was completed despite the deadline;
- One party acknowledges an agreement or completion of the transaction;
- After reviewing complaints and available evidence, the administrator determines that one party is at fault. In this case, the transaction is closed according to his decision.
DelivrEx Go is not required to intervene in disputes between Users and Couriers. The administrator may close a transaction only in accordance with the GSC rules and does not guarantee an outcome favorable to either party.
1.10. Ratings
After completion, the Recipient may rate:
- the Application (once per transaction);
- the Courier (once per transaction).
Ratings are visible only when using the Application in Courier mode and only in the section displaying published listings.
They are not publicly visible elsewhere.
1.11. Multiple listings
Users may create and publish multiple listings simultaneously, provided they comply with the TOU and GSC. Each listing is treated independently.
🟥 2. HOW TO DELIVER (COURIERS)

They may modify:
- photo, web link, price, quantity;
- commission;
- delivery address.
A reason is required.
If accepted by the Recipient → active transaction.
If refused by the Recipient → proposal rejected.
2.5. Courier obligations
The Courier must have sufficient funds to purchase the products before accepting or modifying a listing.
Once accepted, the Courier must:
• purchase the products;
• transport and deliver them;
• respect the scheduled delivery date and time;
• request any change of delivery date using the “Change Delivery Date” feature.
2.6. Messaging between Courier and User
The Courier may exchange messages with the User as soon as a transaction is in progress.
These exchanges take place via the “Chat” button available on the transaction summary page.
Messages cannot be used to change the delivery date or time.
Any request to modify the appointment must be made exclusively through the “Change Delivery Date” feature and only becomes effective once validated by the User.
Messages exchanged through the internal messaging system have no contractual value and cannot modify the terms of the transaction. However, they may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute, claim, or verification conducted by DelivrEx Go.
2.7. End-of-transaction code
The Courier must present their exchange code to the Recipient.
Without entering the code → the transaction is not finalized.
2.8. Past deadlines
Same rules as for Users:
- questionnaire if scheduled delivery date is exceeded;
- complaint possible if final deadline is exceeded;
- final decision by the administrator.
2.9. Ratings
The Courier may rate:
- the Application;

The amount of this commission is freely agreed upon and accepted between the User and the Courier prior to the validation of the transaction.
DelivrEx Go does not intervene in the determination, calculation, or payment of customs clearance fees, which are exclusively governed by the agreement concluded between the User and the Courier.
